After completing the online form, save it to your desktop and then email it to hill112bookingin@gmail.com.  

The terms and conditions must be completed by all please.


Please also sign and return the Terms and Conditions form and, where appropriate, send the required remittance to the above email address.

To reassure you and to comply with Data Protection your information will only be held on file by the charity in the event of an emergency. 


Your information is kept for the duration of the show and once the show is finished then your details are destroyed.


We would however like to keep your email address solely for advertising events for the charity. We assume this will be satisfactory to you unless you notify us to the contrary.
